How I Work
The goal isn't simply to generate evidence, but to create the conditions for learning and change.
Start With the Learning Question
What does the organization or community actually need to know?
Bring Multiple Forms of Evidence Together
Quantitative data, qualitative evidence, lived experience, and context.
Create Space for Sensemaking
Evidence doesn't interpret itself. People need structured opportunities to examine what they're seeing and what it might mean.
Connect Learning to Action
What did we learn, and how will it change what we do next?
Strengthen Capacity Along the Way
Leave organizations more capable of asking questions, interpreting evidence, and learning from their own work — and build the systems and infrastructure needed to implement what is learned and sustain the changes that follow.
