About

A practitioner at the intersection of evaluation, learning, and strategy.

What I Do

Turning evidence into learning. Learning into change.

I’m an evaluation and learning professional who partners with mission-driven organizations to turn evidence into insight, and insight into action. With more than two decades of experience across government, education, public health, and the nonprofit sector, I’ve come to believe that lasting change starts with thoughtful inquiry and genuine collaboration — not just data.

My work draws on evaluation, facilitation, organizational learning, and capacity strengthening — always in service of helping organizations learn together, adapt with confidence, and create change that lasts.

How I Work

Four principles

01

Rigor

Rigor means matching the approach to the question, the context, and what we need to understand.

02

Collaboration

Great things happen when different perspectives, strengths, and experiences are brought together.

03

Learning

Evidence has value when it helps us question, understand, adapt, and move forward.

04

Common Good

Our work should expand understanding, honor different ways of knowing, and contribute to decisions that improve the lives of people and communities.
