Professional Experience
Co-lead an evaluation, research, and learning practice supporting organizations to generate actionable evidence, strengthen learning systems, and use reflection and assessment to improve programs and inform strategic decisions.
Led and supported evaluation initiatives across sectors, partnering with organizations to develop evaluation strategies, theories of change, logic models, data collection systems, and analysis plans.
Provided strategic leadership for health education programming, organizational development, and program improvement, including a ministry-wide organizational assessment that led to a new structure adopted by senior leadership.
Provided strategic policy analysis and advice to the Premier, Ministers, and other ministries on complex intergovernmental issues and emerging policy priorities.
Served as a senior advisor and key liaison to the Deputy Minister, working across the Ministry to advance executive priorities and coordinate policy, legislative, budget, and organizational matters.
